The Recruitment Crowd are currently recruiting on behalf of our well known and industry-leading client based in the Coventry area. We are looking for multiple HGV Class 2 Drivers (CAT C) to join the team.
Hours: Monday-Sunday, 5 out of 7 shifts weekends included
Pay Rate: £13.36 - £15.05
Location: Coventry, CV3
Job Type: Ongoing with an opportunity for permanent for the right candidate.
The role:
- Safely handling and conveying palletised packages to sub depots.
- Emphasizing safe driving practices and ensuring precise documentation.
- Typically completing 1 to 2 runs during the day.
- Contributing to the loading and unloading of the vehicle, utilising a tail lift and pump truck.
- Engaging with customers while upholding a professional and polite image on behalf of the company.
Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence with Class 2 entitlement (category C).
- Proven experience driving the relevant vehicle.
- Valid and in date DCPC and Digital Tachograph card.
