Job Description We are partnering with a Freight Forwarding and Logistics organisation seeking an Import Coordinator working in Essex. Responsibilities; Facilitating communication across our diverse network, including customers, suppliers, and subcontractors, such as shipping lines, hauliers, and depots, ensuring seamless operations. Handling LCL/FCL shipments Responsible for deep sea and air freight shipments Tracking shipments for Imports Auditing supplier invoices for accuracy and addressing discrepancies as necessary. Monitoring vessel arrivals to stay ahead of logistics and scheduling needs. Initiating and managing internal files to maintain organizational efficiency and document control. Generating invoices to ensure accurate billing and financial documentation. Coordinating collections and deliveries, prioritizing adherence to customer deadlines for optimal satisfaction.
