We have exciting opportunities for Line Leaders to join our team at Pilgrim's Europe - Corsham! This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual who is passionate about manufacturing excellence, food safety, and team leadership. You'll be responsible for overseeing production in a specific area, ensuring high standards in safety, quality, and efficiency.

Key information:

  • Competitive Rates of Pay
  • Contract Type: Full-Time Permanent
  • Shift: Monday to Friday
  • Hours: 06:00 am - 14:00 pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Champion a culture of safety and compliance across your team
  • Ensure all staff follow safe working practices and use correct PPE
  • Identify and act on risks including manual handling and machine safety hazards
  • Work closely with H&S representatives to promote a safe working environment
  • Contribute to a positive work culture
  • Support New Product Development trials, with a focus on food safety and hygiene compliance
  • Drive improvements through root cause analysis and short interval control
  • Ensure that production targets, hygiene, quality and housekeeping standards, and all other key performance indicators are met and maintained
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure all specifications are consistently met
