ROLE DESCRIPTION
The SEO & Content Manager will take full ownership of UAPP’s organic content strategy, ensuring an effective blend of content marketing (social media, blog, website) and technical SEO to drive traffic and engagement. You will lead a comprehensive programmatic SEO strategy, producing 5–10 high-quality blogs per day to rapidly scale our content output. Alongside this, you will oversee content creation and distribution across social media and website platforms, ensuring all efforts align with UAPP’s growth objectives. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing a paid strategy through PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Bing, and other platforms) to drive lead generation and optimise ROI. This role requires a data-driven, strategic mindset to balance organic growth, high-volume content production, and paid search, while managing a Marketing Executive who will support content execution.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Content & SEO Strategy
- Develop and execute a scalable organic content strategy across UAPP’s blog, website, and social media channels.
- Manage a high-volume programmatic SEO strategy, producing 5–10 optimised blog posts daily to drive organic growth.
- Ensure all content is engaging, well-optimised, and aligned with SEO best practices.
- Work with designers, writers, and developers to enhance on-page and technical SEO.
- Technical SEO & Website Performance
- Conduct technical SEO audits and resolve issues to improve site health.
- Oversee schema implementation, content indexing, and data-driven keyword optimisation.
- Monitor search engine algorithms and adapt strategies accordingly.
- PPC Campaign Management
- Plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Bing.
- Monitor performance metrics, A/B test creatives, and refine strategies to improve ROI.
- Ensure PPC campaigns align with UAPP’s broader marketing objectives.
- Data Analysis & Reporting
- Track and analyse SEO and PPC performance, delivering actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Create comprehensive reports on rankings, traffic, and campaign success metrics.
- Team Management & Collaboration
- Manage and mentor a Marketing Executive, ensuring smooth content execution.
- Work closely with content creators, developers, and marketing teams to align SEO and PPC strategies.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
REQUIREMENTS
- 2–4 years of experience in SEO, PPC, and content marketing (with a focus on programmatic SEO).
- Proven track record of driving growth through organic and paid channels.
- Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, and other relevant tools.
- Experience with technical SEO, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to turn data into actionable strategies.
- Knowledge of emerging trends in search engine algorithms and PPC advertising.
