We are seeking for an experienced Production Stream Manager, with a strong focus on innovation, sustainability and continuous improvement, to join our leadership team in Attleborough. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this is a highly demanding senior role within our business, therefore you should have proven senior management experience gained within a FMCG environment. An effective people manager, you will be a strong leader and role model, exemplifying a best practice approach across all areas such as performance management, objective setting, coaching and mentoring.

Working Hours: 4 on 4 off - 6 am to 6 pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Production team to ensure that all requisite production, safety, quality, profitability and continuous improvement targets and standards are met.
- Use the principles of OPEX to develop a team who can deliver the goals of the business while meeting customer expectations.
- Build a culture of behaviour-based safety with team members and reduce hazards, risks, and incidents by observing the behaviour of the team and determining what follows when this behaviour occurs.
