I have a fantastic opportunity for a motivated EA to join a busy Healthcare team within a dynamic and growing Investment bank, located in Mayfair within beautiful offices. There you will be working within a collaborative environment, providing support to a busy team of MDs and reports. The successful EA will be based in the office 4 days a week with 1 day from home. This is an incredibly busy role, so the EA must have proven experience and thrive in a fast-paced team, have strong interpersonal skills and enjoy building relationships, working with a curious and solution orientated approach. Previous experience working within investment banking is desired!
What you’ll do:
- Manage complex schedules for internal and external meetings
- Extensive diary and inbox management
- Organise extensive multi-stop international travel
- Form collaborative relationships with team members as the first point of contact
- Assist in organising investor conferences
- Prepare documentation for meetings and follow-up actions
- Maintain CRM system with contacts and activity
- Help with organising conferences and client events
- Process expenses
