We are seeking a talented Mixologist to join our team. If you have a passion for crafting exceptional cocktails and delivering personalised service, this is an incredible opportunity to grow in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Mixologist in a hotel setting, with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude toward training and development.

This position reports to the Bar Manager.

Location: The Rubens at the Palace Hotel, Victoria

Employment type: Full-time

Working pattern: Shift work 5 days on 2 days off

Salary: up to £30,000 per annum (including service)

Key Responsibilities of a Mixologist:

  • Crafting exquisite cocktails and drinks while consistently delivering exceptional service to guests.
  • Ensuring the bar area and surrounding tables are impeccably set up and maintained to the highest standards.
  • Working across all areas of the bar, contributing to a smooth and efficient operation.
  • Preparing a variety of drinks, cocktails, and food offerings, tailoring recommendations to guest preferences.
  • Demonstrating strong menu knowledge, offering expert advice and suggestions to guests.
