About the Role: As a Reservations Coordinator, you will work closely with the Reservations Manager to oversee all aspects of Reception. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our Reception area, and as part of our small, close-knit team, you will occasionally be called upon to assist in other departments. Key Responsibilities: • Manage all bookings, including handling payments and ensuring accuracy. • Act as the main point of contact for guests, providing a friendly and professional service from first inquiry to post-departure. • Greet all guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm welcome and seamless check-in experience. • Oversee administrative tasks for all departments, ensuring smooth operations across the business. • Anticipate guest needs and go the extra mile to ensure we deliver 5-star service at every opportunity. • Manage the company’s social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. This will involve creating posts, responding to guest inquiries, and helping build the online presence. • Assist with marketing efforts to promote our client’s brand and attract new guests. Applicants must consider: Although this is a permanent position, our client operates a 5-day working week between March and October during their busy season, during the off season your hours would be reduced to 2 days per week. Applicants must be willing to work weekends during the season, the hours are predominantly 8am-5.30pm however flexibility would be needed for the occasional late finish and early start
