With a portfolio that includes smart meters, battery energy storage systems (BESS), and EV charge points, they provide complete energy solutions underpinned by engineering excellence, funding capability and advanced technology and data expertise. With over 300MW already operational and a further 200MW under construction, this business is a key market player in UK energy trading, operating a sophisticated in-house trading function. The Energy Trading Risk & Compliance Manager will play a crucial role in supporting trading operations, managing risk, and ensuring compliance across a dynamic and growing energy portfolio. Reporting to the Trading Director, this position spans operational oversight, strategic input, and the development of governance frameworks to support ongoing growth. This is a client-facing, hands-on role suited to an individual with deep industry knowledge, a commercial mindset, and strong leadership capabilities.
