About The Role
Operating from a home office you will travel across Yorkshire and be responsible for:
- Conducting site inspections at numerous stages across the life of each roofing project.
- Completing inspection reports including photographs to show systems are being installed to manufacturer specifications.
- Highlighting any issues and providing guidance on rectification works.
- Providing system installation training to approved installers / contractors.
- Managing and overseeing key projects ensuring they gain sign off.
About You
A UK driving license is essential along with a minimum of 3-6 years’ experience within the Flat Roofing sector ideally in a site-based role. This could be as a flat roofing installer, field technician, site inspector or contracts manager. Experience of flat roofing systems such as single ply, liquid and built up felt would be highly beneficial. Other key skills include:
- Clear professional communication
- Excellent time management
- A motivated and driven approach
- IT literate (Email, Word etc.)
- Well organised with a great attention to detail
