As our Salesforce Knowledge Article Writer, you will be using your Salesforce Knowledge experience to create clear, user-friendly articles for customer service teams, field sales, and end-users. This key strategic project focuses on developing structured knowledge base content to enhance efficiency and self-service support for our teams. This is a fixed term contract for 6 months.
Your day to day will include:
- Develop and structure knowledge-based content within Salesforce for customer support, field sales, and end-users. This will include lite touch as well as more complex articles.
- Translate complex processes into easy-to-understand, step-by-step guides and FAQs, creating a virtual library.
- Work with subject matter experts to gather and validate information.
- Ensure articles align with branding, style guidelines, and best practices.
- Optimise content for searchability, findability and usability.
- Deliver completed articles within the agreed-upon timeframe.
Working hours are 40 hours a week Monday to Friday. Start times are flexible from 8.30am to 9.30am. After a successful orientation period there is flexibility to work from home for 2 days a week.
What we require:
- Proven experience with Salesforce Knowledge content creation.
- Strong writing, editing, and documentation skills.
- Ability to quickly understand and simplify complex concepts.
- Experience with knowledge management best practices.
- Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines independently.
- Experience in customer support, field sales, IT, or technical documentation.
- Previous contract or project-based writing experience.
