A wonderful 2 form entry Primary School in Weston-Super-Mare is looking for a HLTA or Teacher with experience teaching throughout KS1 and/or KS2 classes to cover PPA across the school.
This Primary School is part of a large School Trust who can provide high-quality training and CPD for all their staff to ensure everyone is able to provide the best learning environment for their pupils to learn and grow.
The Role
The Head Teacher is looking for someone who has prior experience working as a HLTA or Teacher across year groups, delivering exceptionally high quality lessons; core and foundation subjects. You will be expected to work closely with Class Teachers to understand planned lessons, areas of learning and individual children who may need additional support. You will be expected to cover PPA time 2 days a week, working across KS1 and KS2 classes.
You will be expected to:

- Work collaboratively with Class Teachers.
- Be flexible and encouraging when working with this pupil.
- Be adaptable with the child’s learning environment.
