About The Role: A prominent UK architecture practice is actively seeking a Project Coordinator to support across a diverse range of projects in the UK and Overseas. The role will work closely with senior team members to effectively contribute towards a number of large-scale projects by assisting with document management, administration and finance. This broad and fulfilling position will involve hands on project coordination, implementing processes, working out upcoming project requirements, prioritising workloads, assisting with project performance by monitoring time, cost and quality. As well as this you will working closely with the accounts team, preparing invoices, gathering timesheets etc. The ideal candidate will previously have used project controls software and have a strong background using Microsoft Excel to track project data.
