A leading UK-based loss adjusting and claims solutions group with an excellent reputation for innovation is seeking a skilled Paralegal on a remote basis to join its legal team, specialising in Defendant RTA Fraud and Credit Hire matters. You will manage your own caseload, including multi-track claims, while ensuring a high level of technical quality and service delivery.
Candidate Profile / Experience Needed:
- Minimum 12 months’ experience in Defendant RTA Fraud and/or Credit Hire
- Excellent knowledge of legal insurance-related claims and principles
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- High IT competency and literacy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines and service standards
- Understanding of counter-fraud practices and claims types
