Process Improvement Manager required for a manufacturer of machinery based in Hook, Basingstoke. As the Test and Commissioning Manager, you will oversee the implementation of manufacturing improvements working collaboratively with departments directly affecting the areas managing and continually strive for excellence and best practice.
Job Overview
- Maintain open communication with managers, staff, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Oversee monthly production schedules, aligning with customer deadlines to enhance lead time accuracy.
