We are excited to welcome a passionate and qualified Early Years Practitioner (Level 3 or above) to join our vibrant team. In this rewarding role, you’ll be instrumental in delivering high-quality care and education for children aged 0–5 years, helping them to thrive and reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver stimulating activities that support children's learning and development in line with the EYFS framework.
  • Create a warm, safe, and nurturing environment where all children feel valued and secure.
  • Build positive, trusting relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Keep accurate, up-to-date records of children's development and maintain regular communication with parents.
  • Attend to children's personal care needs and uphold the highest standards of safety and wellbeing.

Person Specification:

  • A Level 3 qualification (or higher) in Early Years Childcare and Education (or equivalent).
  • Previous experience working with young children in an early years setting.
  • A genuine passion for early years education and child development.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Role Details:
