About the Role
You will be a qualified solicitor with 1 PQE Litigation Solicitor who is ready to hit the ground running. This is an excellent opportunity to join a young, energetic firm where you will take on real responsibility from day one—managing cases, advising clients, and contributing directly to the firm's continued growth.
What You'll Do:
- Draft legal correspondence including advice letters, Letter Before Actions, and offer letters
- Work with client ledgers and understand financial documentation
- Prepare and manage court documents (Claim Forms, Defences, N244s, Part 18 requests)
- Engage in legal research and report findings to supervisors
- Manage disclosure processes, prepare witness statements and direction questionnaires
- Attend court where necessary
What We're Looking For:
- Qualified Solicitor
- Minimum of 1 year’s experience in Litigation
- Minimum 2:2 degree and BBB at A-level (or equivalent)
- Exceptional drafting, analytical, and legal research skills
- In-depth understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR)
- Strong communication and organisational abilities
- Comfortable handling pressure, deadlines, and direct client engagement
- Proficiency in MS Office and online legal research tools
- A collaborative mindset, with the ambition and initiative to grow in a fast-paced environment
