The Role

We are seeking a passionate and empathetic Teaching Support Assistant to join the team. In this role, you will work closely with students, teachers, and other professionals to create a supportive and engaging learning environment. Your focus will be on helping students with SEMH needs achieve their full potential academically.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with SEMH needs in the classroom and beyond.
  • Assist teachers in adapting lessons and resources to meet the individual needs of students.
