Head of Finance

Citadel Source are pleased to be supporting a sizeable, defence business in the recruitment of a new Divisional Head of Finance for Projects , this role offers flexible working, with an office \’base’ but with periodical travel across their UK sites. This role will be a mix of BAU finance, but with a commercial slant, supporting the divisions commercial activity in winning business for new contracts within the sector from major suppliers. The role This will be a role that works both internally within finance, managing the divisional finance team and working alongside the Group Finance team, and externally, being client facing, alongside non-finance stakeholders including the Group Sales Director, Chief Commercial Officer and the Lead Project Director. The role will provide support and financial information for a realm of commercial activity, including, large, complex bids, the acquisition of major projects as well as the continued delivery of existing ventures.
