What You’ll Be Doing:
- Collaborate with the Laboratory Manager and wider embryology team to deliver high-quality services in full compliance with HFEA and CQC regulations.
- Provide exceptional patient-focused care, engaging with patients throughout their fertility journey and ensuring clear, compassionate communication.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, driving innovation in both laboratory practice and team performance.
What You’ll Bring:
- Qualified Clinical Embryologist with solid hands-on experience in fertility treatments.
- Biopsy training is essential.
- ICSI training and HCPC registration are desirable but not mandatory.
- We welcome ambitious Embryologists ready to step into a Senior or Deputy Laboratory Manager role.
