Windsor Forest College Group is looking for a Technical Skills Coach & Trainer Electrical Apprenticeships to join the Slough & Langley team on a permanent contract working on a full-time basis. Technical Skills Coach & Trainer Electrical Apprenticeships We are seeking to successfully manage a caseload of apprentices and provide support for our L3 Electrical Apprenticeship Programme, we are seeking someone who can enhance the apprentice and employer experience through effective skills coaching, mentoring, and teaching. The goal is to ensure that apprentices are well-prepared to achieve a successful end point assessment. This role involves overseeing the progress of apprentices, offering guidance and support, and facilitating their development in the field of electrical apprenticeship.
