As an IMS Auditor, you'll be driving continuous improvement and regulatory compliance by delivering our internal audit programme. You'll ensure that our processes align with ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001), deliver intended results, and above all, support our unwavering commitment to nuclear safety.
You will:
- Lead and conduct internal audits across the HPC project.
- Develop a risk-based audit schedule and collaborate with a diverse auditor pool.
- Work with stakeholders across Quality, Environmental, and Health & Safety to shape audit scope and focus.
- Identify findings and track corrective actions through to resolution.
- Provide clear, accurate reporting that supports decision-making and continuous improvement.
What You Bring
Essential:
- IRCA Lead Auditor Qualification (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 14001:2015)
- Experience with ISO standards in large, multidisciplinary projects.
- Strong self-management, organisational, and communication skills.
Desirable:
- Experience in a regulated or nuclear environment.
- Familiarity with UK nuclear site licence conditions.
- Ability to speak French.
- Membership of CQI or IRCA.
This is a hybrid role based out of our Bridgwater, Somerset Satellite Delivery Centre, with the flexibility to work remotely by agreement.
