Recruitment Account Manager Location: Peterborough Salary: Up to £35k, dependent on experience + commission Contract Type: Maternity Cover 12 months Hours: Full Time, 37.5 hours per week. Monday-Friday, 08:30-17:00 Crooton is a location-based recruitment marketing solutions business, helping clients worldwide fill vacancies and build brand awareness. Our channels help clients reach both active and passive jobseekers, using marketing tactics such as geo-fencing, digital out-of-home, social, and digital display advertising, just to name a few. We are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Account Manager to join our team for a 12-month FTC to cover maternity leave. What will you be doing? You will be responsible for managing a selection of accounts, building relationships with the key stakeholders within those accounts, and helping to fill their vacancies. You will have a caseload of vacancies across various industry sectors, ranging from healthcare, to events, to administration, and will deliver advertising and outreach for those vacancies. You will manage the client relationship, providing regular updates via email and video calls, but also candidate management, ensuring that candidates receive a great journey through their application process. This role doesnt require any new business calls or outreach, but you will be responsible for growing your accounts, providing recommendations for additional services, and always ensuring that you know what is in the pipeline so you can provide accurate forecasts to the business. What do you need?
