My Product Path are partnered with a London based Fintech to recruit 2x Lead Product Managers to join them on a permanent basis. The company are on a mission to redefine how businesses access and integrate financial services products. By embedding financial products directly into platforms used by SMEs, enterprises, and marketplaces.
The Role
We're looking for a strategic and hands-on Lead Product Manager to drive the development and scaling of our Embedded Finance offerings – from lending and payments to accounts and cards. In this role, you'll own the product vision and roadmap, collaborating with engineering, design, compliance, and commercial teams to deliver solutions that meet the complex needs of our B2B partners and their end users.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the product strategy for our Embedded Finance suite, ensuring alignment with company goals and partner needs.
- Lead the product lifecycle from discovery to delivery and continuous iteration — including ideation, validation, specification, and launch.
- Engage with B2B partners and clients to deeply understand their pain points, workflows, and financial needs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Compliance, Risk, Operations, and Sales to bring products to life.
- Translate complex financial concepts into simple, API-first, scalable products and workflows.
- Build scalable systems and workflows that meet regulatory requirements and maintain high availability, resilience, and security.
- Monitor product performance through KPIs, usage data, and customer feedback — and use those insights to improve.
- Mentor junior PMs and help evolve product practices within the organisation.
About You
- 5+ years of product management experience ideally in a B2B setting
- Fintech experience would be preferable, however, we will consider user-centric B2B Product Managers with commercial expertise from start/scale-up organisations
- Strong understanding of B2B user needs and how to deliver value to web/app platform businesses and their customers.
- Strong Product Management principles with a deep Product toolkit to drive the companies products forwards
- Line Management experience to nurture, coach and develop a small team of Product Managers
- Exceptional communication skills — able to distill complexity and align stakeholders across functions.
- Data-driven and outcome-oriented; experience working in product-led or platform businesses is a plus.
- Entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable navigating ambiguity and fast-changing environments.
