Our client, a forward-thinking charity with 35 years of experience, is looking for a Practice Leader to support a young autistic man who lives in his own home in St Agnes (6 miles commute from Newquay). The charity is committed to providing personalised support, enabling individuals to live a life of their choice. Benefits:
- 30 - 37.5 hours per week available
- Hourly rate of £13.20 plus additional pay factors:
- £0.40 per hour for complex care
- £0.20 per hour loyalty bonus after 1 year in role
