Our client, a forward-thinking charity with 35 years of experience, is looking for a Practice Leader to support a young autistic man who lives in his own home in St Agnes (6 miles commute from Newquay). The charity is committed to providing personalised support, enabling individuals to live a life of their choice. Benefits:

  • 30 - 37.5 hours per week available
  • Hourly rate of £13.20 plus additional pay factors:
  • £0.40 per hour for complex care
  • £0.20 per hour loyalty bonus after 1 year in role
  • £1.00 per hour night rate enhancement

  • Support R in his active and adventurous lifestyle, including activities such as walking, paddleboarding, and zip wiring.
