About the Role
As a Sustainability Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the UK Procurement and Contracts Manager to deliver the UK Group’s sustainability aspirations. You’ll work collaboratively with sustainability champions across our UK sites and the wider Building Adhesives to drive initiatives, collate and report data, and ensure progress towards our sustainability goals.
This part-time, permanent position offers exciting future potential to become full-time, reflecting the growing strategic importance of sustainability within our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Management: Coordinate data collection across all sites, ensuring timely and accurate reporting
- Initiatives and Reporting: Support sustainability improvement initiatives and maintain roadmaps, databases, and reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Auditing and Analysis: Conduct internal environmental audits and contribute to developing sustainability tools and dashboards
- Standards and Compliance: Assist with reporting frameworks such as EPR and ISO 14064:2018 and help maintain our integrated management system with a focus on CO2 emissions reporting
- Communication and Support: Engage with sites to ensure alignment with targets and objectives, advise on improvement opportunities, and assist with ESG policy development

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a good understanding of data analysis and visualisation tools.
- Knowledge of sustainability metrics and methodologies, such as carbon foot printing and life cycle assessment.
