I am currently recruiting for a rapidly growing, highly ambitious and expanding, nationally award-winning pub & hotel group looking for a talented and experienced Operations Manager, reporting to the GM to assist in leading their quality gastropub with 6 rooms and serving fresh and exciting dishes for around 450 covers per week in the stunning South Wiltshire countryside just outside Salisbury.

The successful Operations Manager must have strong experience of 2 years or more in a Food & Beverage supervisory or management role in quality pub, hotel or restaurant operations. In this instance, applicants must have access to personal transport and full eligibility to live and work in the UK.
