We are on the lookout for a highly organised and proactive Office Admin Assistant to join a busy team in Longridge. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a keen eye for detail.
What you'll be doing:
- Providing day-to-day administrative support to the recruitment team
- Maintaining and updating records, databases, and spreadsheets
- Handling telephone and email enquiries professionally and promptly
- Assisting with onboarding processes and compliance checks
- Preparing documents, reports, and correspondence as required
- Supporting with general office duties and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally in recruitment or HR
- Experience in the hospitality sector is advantageous due to the nature of the work
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Confident working independently and managing your own workload
- Strong IT skills especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
