IT Support Analyst – Bromley KENT
Salary: Up to £30K

You will Join our clients IT team as an IT Support Analyst, providing essential support to over 3,000 users. As we embark on an exciting digital transformation journey, you will play a key role in enhancing theCentral Services systems—ensuring seamless user support and effective business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide responsive IT support to end-users, both onsite and remotely
- Monitor and manage the IT support ticket queue, ensuring timely resolution
- Prioritise and escalate technical issues as needed
- Maintain clear documentation of issues and resolutions
- Develop strong relationships with users to understand and resolve their concerns
- Utilise diagnostic tools and knowledge bases for troubleshooting
- Configure and maintain user profiles and system access
- Assist with hardware setup, installation, and maintenance
- Support key applications, including Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365
Skills & Experience Required:
- At least one year of experience in an IT Support role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Windows OS, MS Office Suite, and hardware troubleshooting
- Experience with Android and iOS devices (preferably in an MDM environment)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities
- A passion for delivering top-tier customer service
- Experience working within SLA-driven environments
