Senior ISDA Negotiator

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior ISDA Negotiator to join our team on a 6-month contract basis. This role will be based in London with a flexible hybrid work model.

Key Responsibilities:

• Negotiation of ISDA Master Agreements, Credit Support Annexes (CSAs), and other derivatives documentation.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including legal, risk, and compliance teams, to ensure agreements align with internal policies.
• Provide advice and guidance on ISDA-related issues to business units.
• Ensure timely execution of contracts to meet business deadlines.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in negotiating ISDA agreements and related derivatives documentation.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, derivatives, and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple complex negotiations in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
• Must be available to start on short notice.
