Operational Due Diligence, duties include:

Conduct operational reviews for proposed new investments in hedge funds and assess the existing controls and procedures in a critical way to identify any risks
Review key legal documents for proposed new investments to identify any provisions that pose operational risk or areas where the documents could be improved to provide better investor protection
Conduct review of the significant service providers for proposed new investments to identify any significant issues
Work with the Investment team to highlight and resolve any issues identified as part of the due diligence process
Prepare ODD reports for new investments to a high standard and within set deadlines; the report should be written in a clear and concise way to present all risk identified during the process, any potential implications and existing or agreed mitigants
Present the results of the pre-investment due diligence to the Investment Committee
Conduct monitoring procedures for existing hedge fund investments, produce monitoring reports to a high standard and within set deadlines
Review annual audited financial statements for the existing investments and produce timely reports to a high standard
Provide support for any corporate actions related to the existing investment on as needed basis
Act as a resource to other teams including Dealing, Client Service and Investment Accounting teams
Be aware and adhere to all relevant compliance requirements
Keep up to date with relevant regulatory developments
Participate in client meetings and presentations for any new or existing mandates
Prepare Business Risk Assessment Reports for any new candidates for ICAV
platform and present findings to the directors and the board of the ICAV
Platform
Conduct operational reviews for proposed candidates for the ICAV Platform and
assess the existing controls and procedures in a critical way to identify any risks
