Location: Primarily based at the head office with occasional site visits required.
Working Hours: 40 hours per week
Reports to: Mechanical/Process Design Lead
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support in weekly meetings with both in-house teams and clients.
- Collaborate closely with clients and sub-suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery, alongside the Project Manager.
- Participate in design reviews and oversee technical documentation.
- Support the in-house manufacturing process by ensuring project designs are accurately implemented.
- Specify and procure project materials in line with engineering standards.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the delivery of project drawings and associated records.
- Participate in project handover meetings with the sales team as necessary.
- Provide input for sales quotes when required.
- Address and resolve build queries for workshop and site projects.
- Share best practices across projects to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant field.
- Mechanical Engineering qualifications at HNC/HND level or equivalent.
- Experience working within the process, oil & gas, petrochemical, or gas distribution industries.
- Strong understanding of equipment engineering specifications and industry standards.
