An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Senior Project Finance Lawyer to join a top-tier Energy & Infrastructure Finance team based in Edinburgh. This position is ideal for a finance lawyer with 7 years’+ PQE who is looking to work on high-value energy projects and infrastructure transactions. The team advises a range of clients – including lenders, developers and institutional investors – on complex project finance matters spanning renewables, battery storage, transport and digital infrastructure.
What you’ll do:
- Advise clients on the full lifecycle of finance deals – from structuring to financial close
- Work closely with banks, developers, funds and energy companies
- Join a collaborative team with strong sector knowledge
- Take early responsibility and help build long-term client relationships
About You:
- At least 7 years’ PQE in finance law
- Experience in project finance or related areas (energy/infrastructure experience is a bonus)
