As a Scientist / Senior Scientist you will be supporting a number of allocated clinical trials utilising your virology expertise to develop, validate and conduct a number of assays and related techniques. Client Details The business are a leading clinical research organisation based in London, conducting clinical research and ongoing clinical trials. Description As a Scientist / Senior Scientist – Assay Development, based in London, you will: Develop and validate a range of assays with focus on virology-based & cell-based methods (plaque assays, infection assays, flow cytometry etc) Support with sample analysis and delivery of projects, communicating with clients and/or stakeholder to provide updates Prepare and review documentation including study plans and completed reports Support with writing and reviewing publications aligned to research objectives As this is predominantly a lab-based position the role is fully on site (Mon-Fri) Profile To be successful in the role you will have: PhD in relevant discipline with a strong background in Virology First-hand experience developing and validating assays in industry In depth experience and knowledge of virology techniques mentioned above An ability to work on multiple projects simultaneous, prioritising workload to deliver objectives in a colla…
