Live-in Porter/Caretaker Location: Kensington Salary: £25,000 per annum Schedule: Mon – Fri (8am – 5pm), Sat (9am – 12pm) We are seeking a responsible, reliable, and proactive Live-in Porter/Caretaker to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining the safety, cleanliness, and upkeep of the property, while providing excellent customer service to residents and visitors. This is a live-in position, offering accommodation on-site in stunning mansion block with approximately 100 flats. What We Offer: Free accommodation on-site (Rent and bills covered, excluding tax) Competitive salary and paid holidays What You Will Do: Oversee the daily maintenance of the property, ensuring all areas are clean, secure, and in good working order. Ensure the property is secure at all times, including locking up at night and conducting regular checks. Provide assistance to residents by acting as a point of contact for general inquiries or issues. Maintain cleanliness in common areas, including hallways, lounges, and other shared spaces. What We\’re Looking For: Previous experience in caretaking, maintenance, or property management (ideally Live In) A proactive, reliable individual with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Ability to work independently and respond to occasional emergency situations. Capability to perform physical tasks, including light cleaning, lifting, and maintenance work. Comfortable with living on-site in the provided accommodation. ONLY CANDIDATES WITH LIVE-IN EXPERIENCE OR CLEARLY DEMONSTRATED LONGEVITY ON THEIR CV WILL BE SHORTLISTED.
