As a Fire Alarm Engineer, you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and troubleshooting fire alarm systems across various sites. You will be working with systems from top manufacturers such as Gent Advance, Kentec, Ctec, Menvier, Fireguard, Hochiki, and Ziton. Your role will include diagnosing faults, carrying out repairs, and ensuring the smooth operation of fire detection systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform regular servicing and maintenance of fire alarm systems across domestic, commercial, and industrial properties.
  • Diagnose and repair faults in fire detection systems to ensure full functionality and compliance.
  • Work with fire alarm systems from a variety of manufacturers, including Gent Advance, Kentec, Ctec, Menvier, Fireguard, Hochiki, and Ziton.
  • Conduct thorough testing of systems and provide customers with detailed reports of any findings or actions taken.
  • Ensure all work complies with industry safety regulations and best practices.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in servicing and maintaining fire alarm systems.
  • Familiarity with a range of fire alarm brands and systems.
  • Full UK driving license.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
  • Based in or near the Glasgow area.
