Acorn by Synergie is one of the leading recruitment specialists in the UK and we are looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our busy team in the South West. The role of a Resourcer is to assist the team in finding the right people to fill client job vacancies.

As a Resourcer, your duties will include:

  • Writing job adverts
  • Promoting vacancies across social media
  • Assessing CV's and job applications
  • Conducting telephone and face-to-face interviews
  • Taking orders from clients
  • Arranging client interviews
  • Formatting CV's
  • Giving feedback to applicants
  • Administration and compliance duties linked to the recruitment process
