We are currently recruiting for Late Shift MIG Welders to work for a client based in Mildenhall. The role is a full time, temporary to permanent position and they’re looking for someone to start as soon as possible. Basic hours are 2pm – 10pm or 4pm – 2am, Monday to Friday.

Typical Duties Would Include:

  • Perform MIG welding.
  • Clean, prepare, and tack weld materials.
  • Operate and maintain MIG welding equipment.
  • Ensure welded joints meet quality standards.
  • Adhere to welding health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain a clean and safe welding area.

The Successful Candidate:

  • Experience MIG welding.
  • Proficient in reading welding blueprints.
  • Strong understanding of welding safety.
  • Good team-working and communication skills.
