A Graduate Technical Support Analyst is required for this Financial Software House based in Surrey. This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate who wants to get into the IT world and/or wishes to progress into software development or testing with a software house specialising in the world of finance.
You will have a degree within Science/Maths/IT and an A-level Maths qualification. As a technical support analyst, your role would be to provide technical support for the external and internal clients by being their first point of contact for this client's bespoke financial product range with a view to a future move into development or testing of the products, depending on your aptitude and career goals.
You will have great communication, analytical and problem-solving skills, with an interest in forging a successful career within IT. You must have a strong academic background; although not essential, any programming experience in C#, .NET, React.js, and SQL DBA Skills, Internet technologies and Windows Server support would be beneficial.
The role will be based in Croydon and offers a hybrid working approach of two days per week in the office.
