We're seeking a Civica Revenues Support Officer with strong knowledge of Civica Open Revenues to provide key support across housing benefit payments and financial reconciliations.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage Housing Benefit payment runs and Direct Debit operations
- Perform cash reconciliations and process refunds accurately
- Log and escalate helpdesk issues with Civica
- Support system users and assist with daily finance operations
- Familiarity with Civica Automation/PTC is desirable but not essential
- Hands-on experience with Civica Open Revenues is essential
