We are seeking an experienced Senior Contract Administrator for an immediate start on a high-end $35m project. Join a highly-regarded commercial builder, renowned for delivering high-quality projects valued between $10m - $50 million across commercial, multi-residential, retail, medical, and fit-out sectors. It is essential that the Senior CA stepping into this role is experienced in commercial construction, has worked for a head contractor, and can hit the ground running.
To be successful, you must have the following qualifications and experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Contract Administrator in commercial construction, working for a head contractor.
- Must have local Melbourne experience — visa sponsorship is not available.
- Managed commercial new-build projects up to $25m.
- Strong knowledge of financial and contract management, procurement, and construction contracts.
- Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Contract Law, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
