The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding clients through the mortgage process, providing expert advice on various mortgage products, and ensuring a smooth application experience. This role requires a strong understanding of financial services to assist clients in making informed decisions regarding their mortgage options. Experience * Previous experience in financial services or a related field is preferred. * Strong understanding of mortgage products and the lending process is advantageous. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and client engagement is essential.
