Managed a caseload of children subject to Child Protection (CP) plans, Child in Need (CIN) plans, and Public Law Outline (PLO) processes, ensuring timely decision-making and support. Undertook Section 47 child protection investigations in collaboration with police, health professionals, and other agencies to safeguard children at risk of harm. Attended and contributed to multi-agency meetings, including strategy discussions, child protection conferences, legal planning meetings, and court proceedings.
