Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full 360 recruitment process, from client acquisition to candidate placement.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates within the Engineering or Rail sectors.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates to match them with suitable executive roles.
• Conduct client visits and build a strong client portfolio.

Requirements:

• Experienced 360 Recruiter in Engineering or Rail.
• Ambitious and driven recruiter with a track record of success.
• Must drive and have own vehicle to conduct client visits.
