What We Are Looking For
We are looking for a motivated individual with quick hands and an eye for quality who can start work early in the morning (45 AM) and maintain high standards throughout an 8-hour shift. The ideal candidate will:

• Early Riser: Be punctual and dependable, ready to begin food prep in the early hours of the morning.
• Speed and Precision: Work quickly and efficiently without compromising on quality or presentation.
• Fresh Ingredient Handling: Have experience preparing fresh sandwiches and salads with premium meats, cheeses, vegetables, and condiments.
• Consistency and Cleanliness: Ensure each item meets our high standards of taste, appearance, and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and assemble a variety of sandwiches, wraps, and salads to specification.
• Ensure mise en place is completed and ingredients are properly stocked and rotated.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout the shift.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth workflow and timely service.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards rigorously.
