We’re aHubSpot Partner Agency, and partnerships are a huge part of our success. Now, we’re looking for a dynamicBusiness Development & Partnerships Executiveto drive new business and build long-term strategic relationships.

Our Purpose

We are a progressive marketing agency. We work with B2B technology clients that help people live healthy, sustainable, flourishing lives. We design, build and run Difference Engines that power long-term success.

What You\’ll Be Doing

Own and deliver anew business quotafor the first 12 months (and beyond!).

Close an agreed level (or more!) ofnew business within 6 months(and beyond!).

Develop and maintain a rollingsales pipeline per quarter.

Building Partnerships:

Develop relationships withHubSpot reps and managementto generate referral business.

Identify and buildstrategic partnerships with agenciesto create co-selling opportunities.

Strengthen and leverage industry relationships to drive leads and revenue.

Networking & Events:

Attend and network atkey industry events(B2B Tech, Health Tech, Sustainability) to build brand presence and generate leads.

Build and maintain ahigh-value professional networkto drive referrals.

Executestructured prospectingvia LinkedIn, email, and calls.

Develophyper-personalised, value-driven outreachto engage ideal customers.

Qualify and convert inbound leads

What We\’re Looking For

2+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development with a demonstrable understanding of B2B, business development with proven experience of building partnerships previously with vendors/ agencies.
Sales success consistently achieved when setting up new markets and / or with new strategic partners
Proven track record of closing deals and hitting (or exceeding!) revenue targets.
Experience sellingprofessional services, or marketing solutionsis a plus.
A strong networker and relationship builder—able to open doors and create new opportunities.
Experience with HubSpot CRM, Apollo or similar CRM tools.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
