We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic SEND Teaching Assistants to join our team to work with our partnership schools throughout the Derby area. The successful candidate will support teachers in delivering high-quality education and provide assistance to students to help them achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the classroom teacher in planning and delivering lessons.
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students who need additional help.
- Help manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Prepare and organize teaching materials and resources.
- Support students with special educational needs (SEND) and adapt learning activities as required.
- Supervise students during break times, field trips, and other school activities.
- Foster a safe and inclusive environment for all students.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience working with children in an educational setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
