Be a part of the Center of Excellence in Sustainable Procurement, where we are focused on optimizing our system landscape and ensuring seamless integration across procurement platforms like Sirion CLM and Coupa. As a key member of our team, you’ll help us lead the way in transforming procurement processes to ensure efficiency and continuous improvement.
What will you do:
- Own the integration and development responsibility for procurement systems.
- Lead strategic initiatives to ensure the effective implementation and optimization of Sirion CLM and Coupa systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, Contract and Vendor specialists driving change management efforts, and ensure continuous improvement to support the procurement function’s goals.
- Facilitate stakeholder alignment and guide teams through the successful adoption of these systems by developing and delivering training materials.
- Develop, optimize, and implement Contract Vendor Management (CVM) and Coupa.
- Serve as a system owner from a CoE view of the new contract management tool (CLM system) and in time Coupa as well.
- Involvement in the strategy for CVM, Coupa and other systems in relation to sourcing.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and sparring partner within Sirion and Coupa.
