We are recruiting for an experienced HR Advisor to join one of our leading clients based in North Yorkshire. A family-owned, progressive organisation with multiple sites across North and West Yorkshire, the Northeast and the Midlands. As the leading HR Advisor, you will be a key part of shaping the employee experience across our growing business.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting the Group HR Manager to build and deliver a people strategy
- Supporting managers with employee relations cases, including performance, conflict, absence, grievances, and disciplinaries where needed
- Coaching line managers to grow their leadership skills, to be confident and lead from the front
- End to end management of all ER cases
- Promoting employee wellbeing
- Management of all policies and procedures
- Supporting with day-to-day HR operations
What You’ll Bring:
- CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent qualification/experience)
- 3–5 years’ experience in a similar HR/ER role
- Ideally experience in a HR field-based role
- Empathy, professionalism, and excellent communication skills
- Strong organisation and problem-solving abilities
