Our client is looking for experienced Fabricators with strong MIG and TIG welding skills to join our growing team. If you take pride in your craftsmanship, have a keen eye for detail, and are passionate about producing high-quality metalwork, we want to hear from you. This position will be based in their workshop in Manchester and will be a temp to perm position, going full time with the client after a successful trial period.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fabricate and assemble metal structures and components according to technical drawings and specifications.
- Perform MIG and TIG welding on a variety of metals, including stainless steel, aluminium, and mild steel.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and fabrication machinery safely and effectively.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure all work meets required standards.
- Work independently and as part of a team to meet production deadlines.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in MIG and TIG welding (minimum 2 years preferred).
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
